What is the delivery time of my order?

In most cases you will have your package within 10 working days.


What should I do if I have not yet received my order?

We hope for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still have not received your order, please send an email to info@sorozoworld.com. We will find out what is wrong with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To send a return, please contact our customer service at info@sorozoworld.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and the reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that is done, you can send the product to us via courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?

Returns are unfortunately at your own expense with us. The cost will therefore depend on the courier. Please refer to the website of the particular courier you wish to ship with for more information on pricing.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a 14-day return period. The return period starts the day you receive the item(s). However, there are conditions to returning.

You can only return the item if:

The return period has not yet expired

The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached

The product has not been used

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay & Amex. If you are not sure if your payment method is accepted, please follow the steps on the payment page to see all possible options.

All transactions go through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore safe.

What if I did not receive my order confirmation email?

No problem, please send an email with your full name and email to info@sorozoworld.com We will help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Want to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email to info@sorozoworld.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (#0000) that you received in the confirmation email and please also the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
